PMF Signal provides AI-powered market validation tools, including but not limited to the Roast Engine, Focus Lab, and Market Recon features. These tools generate insights based on data inputs and AI analysis.

3. No Financial or Legal Advice

The insights, scores, and reports generated by PMF Signal are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or business advice. You assume full responsibility for any business decisions made based on our data.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PMF Signal Inc. and its licensors.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the data and content you input into the Service ("User Content"). By inputting User Content, you grant PMF Signal a license to use, process, and analyze this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PMF Signal Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
